Wallzip Being Used For Southern Warsaw Bypass Project
The southern Warsaw bypass, Expressway S2, is currently being built in three stages with our business partner, Warbud S.A., responsible for the realization of a 7.5 km long segment of the road between the Miedzeszyński bank interchange and the Lubelska interchange.
As part of the project Warbud are using our diaphragm wall system WALLZIP for 1400mm excavations, a rarely-used width. Due to their specification WALLZIP is the perfect system for excavations that are as wide as this.
The safety of workers is always at the forefront of our minds when we are designing and implementing our products, and that’s why the sides of WALLZIP are painted with black and yellow stripes to increase the visibility of the product, even in poor light.
